About Me

My name is Amber and I am currently attending Utah Valley University.  I am a senior majoring in Special Education and Elementary Education with a minor in Autism.

I have always wanted to be a teacher since I was a little girl.  I love helping others learn and love learning.  There is nothing better than watching a student finally grasp something that they have been struggling with for so long.  It is one of the best feelings and what keeps me wanting to be a teacher.

I am currently living in Utah County with three amazing roommates!  They are awesome and we love going on adventures together or even just watching a movie.    

I come from a huge family where I am the second oldest of nine kids!  The best part is my family is growing and I have two almost three sister n laws and one niece with one born in December which we are all excited for.  I absolutely love spending time with my family! 

I also am involved in the Institute choir on campus where I get to sing Soprano and when I am not busy with everything else I help out at the Outdoor Adventure Center and be outside which is one of my favorite things in the world!! Over spring break I got to lead a trip to Hava Supia which is one of the most prettiest places I have ever seen!  It was amazing!! 

When I am not busy with all of those I love taking naps, watching cheesy Christmas movies, cooking, and spending time with my roomies.  But I am always up for an adventure.
